Over the last decade my husband and I have used this service whenever we travel, it has always been superior.  After almost two years of non travel due to the pandemic I recently went  to see my son and grandchildren in New York.
The pick up by driver George was the usual high standard of comfort and efficiency. My return trip I was picked up by Janet,
What a superb driver, incredible service, she had done her homework ( on Google) so completely, the 401 Express Lanes were stop and go traffic,she chose the collector lanes and we sailed along past four kilometres of traffic.  Not only that but she knew exactly which roads  to travel to get to my home with no help needed from me. She was a delight to travel with.  I had the most recent car, spanking new and very comfortable.
Janet is a gem, she appreciates the courtesy and care you offer take your drivers. I hope she is available the next time I travel.
